Gary Taylor

Gary Taylor is Director and head of the Telecom Sponsors Practice within PwC’s Telecom Strategy team. He has over 15 years experience in telecom, both as and advisor and an industry participant.
His work for sponsors examines the long term prospects for participants across the telecom value chain. Particular areas of specialism include telecom infrastructure, cable, mobile, altnets and broadband.
Outwith his work for sponsors, Gary is also currently Expert Witness to the UK Government (HMRC) on mobile handset distribution, and has a particular expertise in building telecom infrastructure strategies, being involved in the separation of BT openreach and building the T-Mobile/3 JV.
Prior to working as an advisor Gary spend almost a decade in the industry, latterly as Head of Strategy at Thus Group plc. He holds a undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA.
